Chez Shibata, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong

I saw all these lovely cake photos from Ms Miffy's album and has been asking her to bring me to these cake shop when I am in Hong Kong. She brought me to Chez Shibata. This is a Japanese patisserie and chocolatier.
Coeur des Bois
We have ordered their signature dish Coeur des Bois. It is a heart shaped raspberry mousse cake and inside there is a surprise filling of raspberry.
Mont Blanc
We have also tried Mont Blanc. This is a chestnut cake with layers of chocolate in a cup. It is hard to find chestnut cake in Sydney.
La Venus

The last one we have tried for the day is La Venus. This is a rich dark chocolate cake. I cant miss out to try their chocolate. :)

Sunflower Cafe, Ultimo

After my trip to Taiwan, I always want to find a Taiwanese restaurant in Sydney to satisfy my craving.
Beef Noodle Soup
The beef is tender and the soup is rich. It will better if the beef is in chunky style.
Pork Chop
Noodle Soup (Pork Chop on the Side)
Another favourite of mine is the pork chip noodle soup. They serve the pork chop on the side which made it still crispy. Love it!
Pan Fried Dumpling
The pan fried dumplings are narrow and thin. It is not similar to the Chinese style. It is really crispy which is to my liking!

I am sure I will come back here for my Taiwanese food craving. :D

How great it is for you to wake up late and still be able to have breakfast? Yes, I said late breakfast! Cafe Ish has all day breakfast every Saturday and Sunday.

Moo Gourmet Burgers, Coogee

Miss D90 read a blog about Moo Gourmet Burgers which uses certified Australian Angus beef. She suggested we should go and try. Percival is driving us to Coogee. Unfortunate our GPS is not working. Badminton sensai guided us to drive through the Cross City Tunnel, which we think will be quicker. We ended up going through the quite a fair few of the Eastern suburbs before we arrive at Coogee. We had one time thinking to go to Bondi instead of Coogee.
Menu
We settled ourselves at one of the table at the rear courtyard. Since we are very hungry, we quickly decide and made our orders at the counter.
Mooteaser: Maltesers, ice cream, chocolate syrup and malt
Our drinks arrive shortly after our orders. The Mooteaser is very filling. Only around one quarter, I am pretty full. It is quite sweet after around three quarter of it.
Black and White Burger
Here comes our burgers. It is gigantic. I wonder if I can finish the burger? Black and White Burger has egg, tomato, mixed leaf lettuce, mozzarella cheese, 100% certified Australian Angus beef with home-made mayonnaise and tomato relish. It is like a pizza but in a bun! :)
Wagyu Beef Burger
Wagyu Beef Burger as the name suggested it is made with wagyu beef. It did not have the fatty, oily patty which is good. But lacking these, will make you wonder whether it is wagyu?
Big Moo
Big Moo, this is the thickest burger out of the four burgers we ordered! The filling is the same as Black & White but it also has beetroot, pineapple, bacon, melted cheese instead of mozzarella cheese. My mouth is not wide enough for one bite. I have to eat it in layers. Love the pineapple in this burger!
Beef Avocado and Bacon Burger
Beef Avocado and Bacon Burger is a simple burger. It is just right for me. :)

Cant complete a burger meal without chips. Their chips are chunky style and very crispy. It was so nice that I forgot to take a photo before it was all gone!

Although it is a bad start of the day, but we finally made it to have such lovely gigantic burgers. If I am around eastern suburbs again, I am sure will drop by to try their other burgers.
